The Healthcare Management and Strategy concentration combines interdisciplinary coursework with applied, real-world learning experiences to prepare students for leadership roles across healthcare settings. Students develop a strong foundation in business principles alongside specialized knowledge of healthcare systems, policy, innovation, and supply chain strategy. The curriculum equips graduates to improve operational performance, patient outcomes, and organizational impact in this rapidly evolving sector.
